Why buy a used Peugeot RCZ with Exchange and Mart?

What is that? was my response to seeing my first Peugeot RCZ. It was a prototype doing some testing in the Alps and I'd just chanced upon it by sheer fluke. It looked like something from a different planet with its crazy curves and jet-fighter glasshouse. It was only when I trawled my memory that I associated it with the Peugeot 308 RCZ concept car that had appeared at the 2007 Frankfurt Show. It was exactly the sort of car that Peugeot needed to lift them out of a period when their styling direction had gone badly astray. The RCZ was a marker laid down and a very successful one at that. Here's how to select a decent used example.

About the Peugeot RCZ

Sports coupes usually come with all manner of compromises. As long as you're not trying to regularly shoehorn actual people into the back seats of an RCZ, there aren't many significant caveats here. Those who feel a little shudder when considering spending what is still fairly serious wedge on a used French car can rest easy. This one's very well built, as the healthy residual values attest to. All three engines have something to be said for them, but we think the diesel suits the car's nature best. Whichever you choose, you're buying a car that still has the power to turn heads and put a smile on people's faces. Happy hunting.

Representative finance example

If your borrow amount is £7,000 with a deposit of £1,000, a selected term of 48 months, at a representative APR of 17.9% (fixed) and an annual fixed interest rate of 17.9%, you would pay £171.83 per month. Total charge for credit would be £2,247.84 and total amount repayable is £8,247.84.
