1956 AUSTIN HEALEY 100/4 SPORTS CONVERTIBLE Evocation
Finished in ice blue metallic over old English white with black trim. This RHD convertible has covered a mere 19000 miles with only one owner from new. This 1956 Austin Healey 100/4 replica was manufactured as a design exercise by Woodley Engineering of South Africa and was one of only forty cars manufactured. They were produced in 1994 and were produced and built to a very high standard using Datsun 260z components. This included the engine unit, 5 speed gearbox, independent front suspension and front disc brakes. This sportscar also benefits from Jaguar instrumentation, Ford rear axle and rear brakes and a Woodley engineered chassis and grp body.
The history folder includes current MoT, current V5 and SA Reg document, HM customs documentation, Nova letter, insurance paperwork, clearance documentation, export documentation, folder, certificate of authenticity, bill of lading and shipping paperwork.
The extras include wood rim Motolita steering wheel, tinted windscreen, front fogs and badges, bonnet straps, racing wing mirrors, sports exhaust, wooden gear knob, Jaguar gauges, seatbelts, Dunlop copy wheels with knock on spinners, sports seats and full wet weather equipment including side screens.
This exciting sportscar has been in the same ownership since 1994, some 23 years. It is now being offered for sale regrettably due to illness. The vehicle is offered at a fraction of the price of the real Austin Healey 100/4 but has the same head turning appeal wherever it goes. £19995
