2) Customer obligations

(a) The Customer shall provide to Newsquest all correct, accurate and complete information reasonably necessary for Newsquest to provide the Customer with the Services. The Customer shall inform Newsquest promptly after it becomes aware that any information which the Customer has provided to Newsquest is incomplete, has changed or is inaccurate.
(b) The Customer further agrees that the information provided for business listings:

i) is not done with the intent of impersonating another person or business;
ii) does not do anything that intentionally impairs, interferes with or damages or causes harm or distress to any other persons or businesses
iii) does not intentionally infringe any intellectual property right or other rights of any third parties;
iv) is not used to intentionally commit a criminal act or to cause nuisance or annoyance or inconvenience to or to harass others;
(c) The Customer agrees to co-operate with any reasonable security or other checks or requests for information made by Newsquest or its agent from time to time. If Newsquest or its agent receives limited or no response to its request, it reserves the right, upon reasonable notice to suspend and/or terminate the Customer’s access to the Services
(d) If Newsquest reasonably suspects that the Customer is in breach of any part of clause 2, Newsquest reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to refuse the Customer access to the Website and/or the Services and, in the case of illegal use, to instigate legal proceedings as appropriate. In the event that Newsquest does refuse and/or is unable to provide the Customer with the Services, Newsquest shall contact the Customer.
3) Citation submissions

(a) Citation Submissions will be made by Newsquest within 28 days of receiving data from the Customer.
(b) The Customer is responsible for providing correct information relating to the Customer to Newsquest. Newsquest is not responsible for verifying that information before submission. Newsquest is not responsible for any errors in live Customer listings which result from the supply of incorrect information about Customer to Newsquest.
(c) All submissions of information about the Customer will be to a pre-defined list of Citation Sites unless one or more of those Citation Sites is unavailable for any reason or has a change in submission policy. If any Citation Site is unavailable for any reason beyond the control of Newsquest, the parties will discuss and choose an alternative Citation Site. No additional charges will be incurred for submission to alternative Citation Sites and no refund will be made available for submission to alternative Citation Sites.
(d) To enable Newsquest to complete the Citation Submission Campaign, Newsquest or its agent will create a new, unique email address on behalf of the Customer.
(e) To the extent that it is legally able to do so, Customer grants Newsquest, and any of its employees and agents, total access to the email account and to all accounts on Citation Sites solely for the purposes of undertaking the Citation Submissions to which this Agreement relates.
(f) Newsquest is not responsible for the submission and publishing policy of any Citation Sites and does not guarantee that all Citation Submissions will result in live listings concerning the Customer.
(g) Newsquest does not guarantee that live -listings concerning the Customer will remain publicly accessible for any amount of time.
(h) Newsquest does not guarantee that a Citation Site will remain active and publicly accessible for any amount of time.
(i) Newsquest does not guarantee that information concerning the Customer will not be removed or edited by a Citation Site prior to or after that information has been made public.
(j) Newsquest does not guarantee that its attempts to update or correct errors will result in the correction of data on a live listing concerning the Customer.
(k) Newsquest will undertake updates to existing listings on Citation Sites if requested to do so by the Customer. Newsquest does not guarantee the successful or timely completion of updates due to potential complications with Citation Sites’ update policies or if issues arise with account access, such as email address or password not being recognised by a directory.
(l) Newsquest does not guarantee that all Citation Submissions will occur without fault. Newsquest will promptly correct any errors in live listings concerning the Customer which occur is a result of human or system error by Newsquest. The Customer will not incur additional charges for any attempts made to correct errors in such listings.
