However, any postcodes provided by users for a vehicle search may be sent to our dealer customers as part of aggregated postcode information as proof of activity. Postcodes provided will not be individually identifiable. Users wishing for their postcodes to be excluded from being sent should send an email within 5 working days to customersupport@exchangeandmart.co.uk with the subject “Postcode Opt Out”, stating their full postcode and the date(s) of when the search(es) was/were conducted.
The Newsquest Media Group also guarantees that information about your patterns of usage will not be forwarded to other parties.
The information will not be kept any longer than necessary for us to deliver the services requested by you. You are free to delete yourself as a user at any time you may wish to do so.
For the purposes of the prevention or detection of offences, and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, we may share any of the information that we collect with the Police, other public or private sector agencies or representative bodies in accordance with the relevant legislation.
